Our kits are made to be enjoyed by children, but all purchases must be made by an adult. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live.
Why does an adult need to place the order?
Our Terms and Conditions say the adult who places the order is responsible for supervising children and for the safe use of the products, following any instructions provided.
What age are the kits for?
Our watercolor set is safe for children 6 years and older, and it's also loved by adults. It's a lovely way to get creative together as a family. See our article "Is the set suitable for children?"
What about children's personal information?
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please email us at info@tobioshop.com so we can delete it.
