The 7–12 business days start once your order ships, not on the day you place it. Before that, your order goes through processing, which typically takes 6–48 hours.
How does the timeline work?
- Processing (6–48 hours). We prepare your order after it's placed.
- Shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
- Delivery (7–12 business days). Counting begins once your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, so weekends don't count.
Example
If your order ships on a Wednesday and there are no public holidays in between, the 7th business day is the Friday of the following week, and the 12th business day is the Friday two weeks after it ships.

- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your destination and external conditions, such as customs clearance, carrier disruptions or weather.
- If your order ships in more than one package, each package follows its own timeline.
