- It's a gift. Someone may have sent it to you. For privacy reasons, we can't share who placed a gift order.
- It's an add-on. Items you add at checkout or right after checkout, like a workbook or extra brushes, are part of your order and can arrive with it.
- It's a marketing email. Our newsletter isn't an order confirmation, and no new order has been placed.
