A few common reasons
- A pending charge: sometimes your bank shows a temporary hold when you pay, as well as the final charge. The hold usually disappears on its own within a few days.
- Two orders: if you placed two orders, you'll have two confirmation emails.
- Extras: add-ons, Shipping Insurance or a Painting Academy subscription can show as separate charges.

If a charge needs refunding, it goes back to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 2 to 3 business days, and your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to show it.
