Blank prints usually mean the paper roll is loaded the wrong way.
Please open the paper compartment, remove the paper roll, flip it over, and place it back inside. Make sure a small piece of paper is sticking out before closing the lid.
The shiny or coated side should face the printhead, and the matte side should face you.
