How do I load the paper roll correctly?

1. Open the printer lid and remove any old paper roll.
2. Place the new roll inside so the shiny or coated side faces the printhead and the matte side faces you.
3. Pull a small piece of paper through the paper slot.
4. Close the lid, leaving a small piece of paper sticking out.

If your prints come out blank, the roll is in backwards. Take it out, flip it over, and try again.
