If your prints look very faint, patchy, or incomplete, please try these steps:
- Charge the printer fully.
- In the Tiny Print app, change the Print Type from High Definition to High Speed.
- Check the Print Density setting and increase it if needed.
- Make sure the thermal paper is installed correctly.
- Make sure the printer cover is fully closed.
- Check that the paper pressure roller is clean and free from dust or debris.
