When your order ships, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking information, provided by either the USPS or UPS. If you do not receive this email, please contact us via our contact form. Lost package claims must be brought to USPS within 120 days from when the order shipped - feel free to also contact us within that time frame to see if we can help too.
Domestic orders: For standard shipping, contact us if your package hasn't arrived within 14 business days; for expedited shipping, allow 1-3 business days.
International orders: please let us know if you have not received your package within 30 business days of it shipping.
