How long will a package take to arrive?

With free or standard shipping, orders typically take between 2-7 business days to reach you, depending on your location and the parcel's weight.** Expedited shipping provides delivery within 1-3 business days. Express shipping provides delivery in 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped between Monday through Friday, and aren't shipped on the weekends nor on most federal holidays. **Standard shipping parcels are NOT guaranteed to reach you within 2-7 days, as this is just the average range. If you need your order by a certain date, please use our Expedited and Express options. This estimation is for the parcel's time in transit, and doesn't account for a ~1-day processing time, which is extended if you've purchased a pre-order item. If you've purchased a "POD" item, please check our print-on-demand FAQ here. SHIPPING CUTOFF IS 12PM EST. All Expedited and Express orders placed after this time will count towards the following business day's orders in most cases.

What are the current US shipping costs?

Currently, our US shipping rates are: - $9.99 for standard shipping (2-7 business days) - $20 for expedited shipping (1-3 business days) - $40 for express shipping (1-2 business days) - Alaska & Hawaii: Due to the distance of these two states, your parcel may take up to 16 business days to reach you through standard shipping. If you are placing an order that contains POD (printed-to-order) items, the shipping costs will be slightly different. Please see our "POD" FAQ section for further details!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We fulfill the majority of our orders through USPS and FedEx. If you need us to use one carrier over the other for any particular reason (your mail carrier leaves your parcels in the bushes, your home is difficult for certain companies to deliver to, etc.) please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you! We are unable to detail which one will be used for your order at checkout, as this is determined by a number of factors at the time of shipment.

Can I edit or cancel my order after it's placed?

Good question! We do our best to accommodate such requests, but we can't guarantee that we can catch them before they are fulfilled and shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us via our contact form as soon as you can, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If an order is sent out before an incorrect address can be adjusted, we will alter the address, and will reship your parcel once it arrives back here. Please note that you are responsible for reshipping fees if the address error is on your end. If an order is sent out before items within it can be altered in any way, you have two options: - Mark the parcel as "refused/return-to-sender," and the mail carrier should send it back to us without any return shipping costs. Please note that if an order needs to be altered due to an error on your end, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. - Process this as a return/exchange via our online form, and once we receive it back here, we will process it as a usual return/exchange.

Do you offer free US Shipping?

Yes! We currently offer two ways for you to receive free standard shipping within the US: through our rewards program, and by spending at least $150 USD (before taxes are calculated, and after all discounts are applied).** Notice: The "spend to earn free shipping" option is disabled from mid November until the end of January to help us offset the excessive holiday price hikes of shipping services. Thank you for your understanding!** If you are attempting to apply a free shipping discount to a US purchase and it isn't applying, please don't hesitate to contact us as we'll be happy to assist you.

Help! It's been an extended amount of time, and my tracking hasn't updated!

On occasion, parcels can become heavily delayed or lost while in transit. If you need to check the status of your parcel beyond what the tracking shows, please contact the mail service directly, as they may have additional insight that we don't. If they deem the parcel as lost, then please contact us through our contact form ASAP so that we can file this with them. If you have SavedBy Package Protection, you are totally covered, and can file a claim with them for a replacement or full refund as well. Missing parcels must be reported to us within 30 days of the orders being shipped, as beyond this window, most shipping services will forfeit all responsibility. This goes for all domestic and international mail.

How is Print-On-Demand Shipping Calculated?

Since these items are shipped from a different location than our usual warehouse, the shipping costs are also separate from our usual $9.99 shipping. Since free shipping discount codes cannot be applied to these items, we offer convenient pricing instead, no matter the location! It typically costs a flat fee of $3.99-$6.99 USD to ship out a POD item, depending on the country and item. The manufacturer that produces our POD items charges an additional few dollars per additional garment, but we waive these fees for you in order to make shipping more affordable on your end. 🙂 If you combine our usual items with these items in one order, the shipping costs of both options will be combined (i.e. if purchasing 1 POD item along with some regular Svaha gear within the US, it will cost $3.99 + $9.99 for a total of $13.98 USD to ship). While our automated free shipping promotion will apply to POD purchases, free shipping discount codes are usually not applicable. If you qualify for free Svaha standard shipping, then the $9.99 charge will be waived, leaving you to cover just the POD item shipping. If you are trying to use a free shipping discount code, it won't be usable, but we are more than happy to apply this to your order from our end! Please reach out via our contact form after you've placed this order, and we will refund you $9.99 in shipping costs.
