What happens after I ship my exchange back?

Once you've shipped your return or exchange back to us, here's what to expect:

Step 1: Ship Your Item Back After you receive your return shipping label, pack your item securely and drop it off with the carrier. Hold on to your tracking number so you can confirm delivery to our facility.

Step 2: We Receive & Inspect Your Return Once your package is delivered to our facility, our team will inspect the returned item to make sure it meets our return policy requirements (unworn, within 14 days of delivery).

Step 3: Your Exchange Ships Out After we receive and process your return, please allow 7–10 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped out. This timeframe begins once your return is delivered to our facility — not from the date you dropped it off with the carrier.

How Do I Check On My Exchange Status? If it's been more than 10 business days since your return was delivered to our facility and you haven't heard from us, please reach out to our support team at contact@marcozo.com and include your order number. We'll be happy to look into it for you.

Important Notes

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events).
  • Make sure to use the return shipping label we provided — sending items without a label or to the wrong address may cause delays.
  • If you need to change the shipping address for your exchange, let us know before it ships by contacting support.
