Is it possible to pre-order calendars?

Yes. Every year we start offering our calendars around May-June on pre-order basis. You can easily identify these calendars by the 'Pre-Order' button shown on each product page. Below the pre-order button, you will see the estimated arrival and delivery time. Calendars generally start arriving in our warehouse from July until mid-November. 90% of titles are here by the end of September.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

You can easily check an item's availability right on the product page: - Buy Now or Add to Cart – This means the item is in stock and ready to ship! - Pre-Order – The item is currently out of stock, but we’re expecting more soon. You can reserve yours now and it will be sent as soon as it arrives. - Sold Out – Unfortunately, this item is not available at the moment, and we don’t have an estimated restock date just yet.

My coupon/discount code is not working, what can I do?

We understand how frustrating it can be when a coupon doesn’t apply. If your code isn’t working, please try the following: - Enter it exactly as provided • Copy-and-paste the code to avoid typos. • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after (even one space will invalidate it). • Remember: codes are case-sensitive (“SAVE10” ≠ “save10”). - Check for expiration • Look in the email or promotion where you received the code to find its expiry date. • If today’s date is past that expiration, the code will no longer apply. If you’ve confirmed the code is entered correctly (right case, no spaces) and it hasn’t expired, please send us a screenshot showing the code field with any error message, as well as the original email or promotion listing the expiry date. We’ll verify its status and help you complete your order right away!
