Shipping Times & Delivery

Processing#

The current Elavure shipping policy states that orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Processing is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery after processing#

• United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 7-15 business days.
• Hawaii and Alaska: 7-18 business days.
• Europe / European Union: 7-15 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs, holidays and other disruptions can affect them. Do not invent a standard estimate for an unlisted destination; check the current checkout/policy for that country.

Current order status#

Give fulfillment, shipment, tracking and delivery facts only from current evidence for the same order. A label, missing scan or a partial fulfillment is not proof that the entire order is in transit or delivered. If the records do not explain a delay, address that concern and the customer's requested help rather than repeating an already-answered delivery question.
