How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Finding Your Tracking Information
- Check your email - Look for a shipping confirmation email from Elavure
- Click the tracking link - This will take you directly to the carrier's tracking page
- Enter your order number - If you can't find the email, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the tracking details
Tracking Status Meanings
- Order Placed - We've received your order
- Processing - Your order is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped - Your package is on its way
- In Transit - The carrier has your package and it's moving through their network
- Out for Delivery - Your package will arrive today
- Delivered - Your package has been delivered
My Tracking Hasn't Updated
Tracking information can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, please contact our support team.
