Before washing, remove the headphones from the headband. You can do it by pulling out the speakers by the little slot at the back. All the electronics are tied together, so once it's out, you have nothing to worry about.
Place it in a laundry bag or pillowcase for protection. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
After washing, reshape if needed and air dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Once dry, insert the headphones back into the headband and voila!
