Gently press and hold the Play Button on the control panel for about 4 seconds. You'll notice a little light in the middle with red and blue flashes - that's the sign that your Bandou bluetooth headband is ready to pair.
Hop over to your phone or device bluetooth's settings to pair it.
Keep an eye out for "Bandou Headband - Character's name" in the list of available devices. Tap it, and wait a couple of seconds for it to connect and you are good to go!
If the pairing fails, simply click the option "forget this device" in order to reset the connection and start over. If you are still experiencing pairing issues, please contact us at Support@mybandou.com for further assistance.
