It's pretty simple, everything is on the controller on the left side of their head. On it, you can play/pause/skip and adjust the volume.
Here's a little breakdown on how it works:

Hold down the minus button to Lower the Volume and do a quick press to Go Back to the Previous Track.

Hold down to turn On or Off and quick press to Play or Pause.

Hold down to turn Up the Volume and do a quick press to Skip to the Next Track.

Keep an eye on the LED Status Light for the battery level.
To charge it, use the provided USB cable and slowly pull the charging port out of the headband located at the back of the headband. Charge it for about 3 hours and when the LED indicator turns from red to blue, the headphones are fully charged for 35 hours of play time.
Now that you know how to use the device and it's interface, let's talk about what it can do! It's perfect for bedtime stories, it acts like an eye-mask, it can be use to listen to music, their favorite show, a must when travelling, etc.
You can connect it to any bluetooth enabled devices. That means you can connect it to your phone or tablet without any hassle. If you don't want to use the bluetooth feature, you can use our provided 3.5mm jack aux cable that comes with every pair of headphones.
