Why does my iPhone say “X6h-AB50 is not supported”?

Please do not pair the Mini Printer through your iPhone’s Bluetooth settings. The printer should connect only through the Tiny Print app.

If you see “Pairing Unsuccessful” or “X6h-AB50 is not supported,” you can safely ignore that message and try these steps:

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap Tiny Print.
  3. Turn Bluetooth off for the Tiny Print app.
  4. Close the Tiny Print app completely.
  5. Restart your iPhone.
  6. Open the Tiny Print app again.
  7. Turn on the Mini Printer.
  8. Try printing directly from inside the Tiny Print app.
