RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND ELIGIBILITY
Returns and exchanges on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of order delivery confirmation. The return request must be initiated within this 14-day window. Items must be in new, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed condition. Taylor Made Scrub Hats reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that shows signs of wear or modification.
TIMELINE FOR RETURNS
Once your return request is approved and you receive your prepaid label, the item(s) must enter the USPS mail stream within 14 days. If the shipment enters the mail stream after this period, it will not be accepted. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense or, depending on condition, donated/disposed of.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
To maintain the highest hygiene standards and provide unique products, the following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized merchandise (personalized embroidery, sizing modifications, etc.).

Any items denoted as "Last-Chance".

Gift wrap and shipping/handling charges.
FAIR USE & RETURN ABUSE POLICY
To continue offering a generous return policy and free shipping to our community, we monitor return activity for signs of abuse or "bracketing" (purchasing multiple items with the intent of returning most of the order).

Account Flagging: If a customer’s return history is deemed excessive or inconsistent with standard personal use, the account may be flagged for manual review.

Restricted Access: Flagged accounts will be excluded from our self-service returns portal and must contact customer support directly to initiate a return.

Fees & Costs: For accounts identified as having a high return-to-purchase ratio, we reserve the right to deduct a $7.50 restocking fee per order and/or require the customer to cover the cost of return shipping.

Refusal of Service: In extreme cases of continued policy abuse, we reserve the right to designate future orders as "Final Sale" or refuse service entirely.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Free Shipping Threshold: If a return causes the original order total to fall below our Free Shipping Threshold, the standard shipping cost will be retroactively deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Labels: We provide one complimentary prepaid return label for standard returns. For exchanges, your new item will be held for 7 days pending the return of the original item to the mail stream.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS (TMSH GUARANTEE)
We stand by the quality of our merchandise. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence Required: To process a claim, please provide high-resolution photos of the item, the internal packing slip, and the external shipping mailer.

Resolution: Our guarantee ensures your item is free of manufacturing defects and covers the costs of return shipping in the case of defective or incorrect items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are not eligible for our self-service portal. To initiate an international return, please contact support@taylormadescrubhats.com. For international returns, the return shipping cost will be charged at cost and debited from the refunded amount. The same 14-day eligibility timelines apply.
REFUND PROCESSING
Returns are processed in the order they are received, typically within 3-5 business days of package arrival. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process, depending on their policies. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
