How do I return my items?

We're sorry something wasn't quite right. Here's how to send it back. Returns and exchanges on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Start your return in 4 steps

  1. Log in to your account at taylormadescrubhats.com/account.

  2. Open the order and select "Request return."

  3. Once we approve it, you'll get a prepaid return label by email (U.S. returns).

  4. Drop your package in the mail within 14 days of approval, and you're set!

We're happy to help you exchange! Exchanges are arranged directly with our team. Start a return request or email us at support@taylormadescrubhats.com and we'll coordinate the swap.

Shipping from outside the U.S.?

We're glad to accept international returns, but we're not able to issue a prepaid return label for addresses outside the United States. Please email support@taylormadescrubhats.com before sending anything back, and our team will provide the return address and instructions. International return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

A few things to know

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Custom/personalized caps, "Last-Chance" items, and gift wrap are Final Sale.

  • Return shipping is on us for standard U.S. returns.

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
