For orders placed between October 31st and December 24th, we will accept most returns and exchanges (assuming they are still in 'Brand New' condition) until January 31st. An order number and/or the email address of the sender is required. Please note that you will be issued store credit if a refund is requested.
Please note that some items may still be excluded from returns or exchanges, such as Final Sale items or unreturnable items (socks, gift cards, face masks, etc.).
