Double check the “more details” section on each product page to confirm whether or not your items is final sale. If your item has an M&C tag, please do not remove it until you are sure you are pleased with the fit of your item, or your return will be voided.

There are a few return exceptions: If your accessory breaks within 30 days after purchasing it, we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability, no need to send it back to us. If your item is damaged upon delivery, there is no need to return the damaged item as well, we will send you another one. This includes all Tumblers (Even Customized Cups). Just contact us at hello@markedandchosen.shop with photos/more info.
Please note: Your return will usually be processed within 5 business days after it has been received by our returns department. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
