What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?

Things happen, no worries! All of our 3PEAKS Ascender Tumblers have a Limited Lifetime warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item one time per year every 365 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, email us and we can go through the return/exchange process with you. More Warranty items will be the listed soon.

Three exceptions:

  1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.

  2. If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.

  3. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
