What is your jewelry made of?

The base metal of our jewelry is Military Grade 316L Stainless Steel or .925 Sterling Silver, this is noted in the description of each product. Our jewelry is then PVD plated with either Genuine 18 Karat Gold, White Gold, or Black Rhodium. It's tarnish-free, sweat & water proof, and we offer a lifetime warranty if anything happens to your jewelry! 316L Stainless Steel is a Surgical Steel. It’s a low nickel steel used in surgical instruments and other medical equipment. It’s considered hypoallergenic, and won’t tarnish or rust. Backed by our No Green Skin Guarantee® you don't have to worry about getting green skin.

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Marcozo is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a one-time Lifetime Warranty for all purchases of jewelry. If your product damages, fades, or breaks, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the same product (This includes size and color) - all that we ask is you cover the shipping & handling cost of $15 for each piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. Lifetime Warranty does not apply to lost or stolen items. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item voids the warranty. This warranty covers the lifetime of a product.

Yes! Our jewelry is water & sweat resistant. You can swim, shower, and sweat in them. They won't fade or tarnish. If anything happens to them, we offer a lifetime warranty!

What should I do if I received an incomplete order or the wrong item?

We strive to hold 99.9% order accuracy but mistakes happen and if your order arrives incomplete or you've received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at contact@marcozo.com with your order number and what items you're missing or incorrect. We'd be more than happy to get the missing item(s) or correct item shipped.

Can you resize products purchased from your company?

We offer the option to exchange a purchased product for a different size within 14 days of your delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer resizing services. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Here at Marcozo, we strive for high-quality products but sometimes some pieces fall through the cracks of our quality checks due to human error and we truly apologize for that! Just email us at contact@marcozo.com with your order number & photo of your damaged within 14 days of receiving it and we will get a new replacement shipped to you!

How is your jewelry packaged?

Each piece is placed in a small transparent bag to protect it during shipment and avoid tangling. It is then placed in our premium suede Marcozo drawstring bag where you can store your pieces. All our products come with a black anti-tarnish tab to store with your jewelry, helping preserve the shine and extend the life of the plating. When it's ready for shipment, it's placed in a white bubble poly mailer and shipped to you! The reason we ship in a white bubble poly mailer is because it’s more discreet. We found that branded packaging drew attention and, unfortunately, led to stolen packages.

When will a sold out item be available?

Out-of-stock items are typically restocked often within a 4-6 week period, depending on when they sell out. To be notified when the product is back in stock, we recommend signing up to be notified on the product page of the sold-out product. Once the item is available, you will receive an email or SMS!
