How Do I Earn Points? You earn points automatically when you make a purchase on our website. Points are added to your account after your order is fulfilled.
How Do I Redeem My Points? Redeeming your points is easy:
- Visit our Rewards page here: https://www.marcozo.com/pages/rewards
- Log in with the email address you used to place your orders.
- You'll see your current points balance and available rewards.
- Select the reward you'd like to redeem — a discount code will be generated for you.
- Apply the discount code at checkout on your next order.
Do my points expire? Check the Rewards page for the most up-to-date information on point expiration and reward tiers.
I placed an order but don't see my points yet. Points are added after your order is fulfilled and shipped. If it's been more than a few days since delivery and you still don't see your points, contact us at contact@marcozo.com and we'll look into it.
Can I use my discount code with other promotions? Rewards discount codes generally cannot be combined with other active promotions or discount codes. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
