My order arrived damaged!

Oh no! If something's not quite right with your Flutterflyer, don't worry! We've got you covered. We'll happily replace any faulty or damaged products, free of charge. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we'll take care of the rest. Make sure to check your order as soon as it arrives so we can make any corrections to manufacturing. And if you can, send us a photo or video of the broken product, it would help us a lot to investigate the problem and improve our product. But don't stress, we'll make it right!

How do I make a return?

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Return by mail Reach out to our customer support team at sales@flutterflyers.com to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a USPS location. Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment (typically around $5-6) and a 20% restocking fee applies. Refund process Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?

Lost packages At FlutterFlyers, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please confirm that the shipping address we have is correct or provide a new shipping address.  We will then gladly reship the order to that address. Damaged packages We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at sales@flutterflyers.com within 7 days of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package. We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
