Getting Started

Enode app and sensor Before you start Even though the sensor has been designed so that it can be used without the barbell strap,we recommend that you always use the barbell strap. On the one hand, this can have a positive effect on the measurement behavior and, on the other hand, it prevents the sensor from unintentionally detaching from the training device. Download app & create account 1. Download the ‘Enode’ app from the App Store of your choice. Select yourpathway (individual or organisation. Create a new account or use an existing one. Therefore, it is necessary to connect the sensor to a power source initially. Use the included micro USB cable for this purpose. Make sure to insert the cable in the correct position without force. 2. The sensor should start to flash continuously. This means that the sensor is charging. 3. It can be disconnected and used immediately if necessary. Important: Inserting the charging cable should not feel difficult at any time. As soon as you feel resistance, check if the cable is correctly aligned and inserted straight. The logo on the cable should be visible from above when plugged in. Please use only micro USB cables for charging. Do not use Lightning or USB Type-C cables for charging. LED interpretations - Charging state - Lights permanently. Make sure that the mobile device and the sensor are no more than 10 cm / 4 inches apart while doing so. 2. When both devices have found each other, it may happen that the sensor needs a calibration. Creating an account

If you are completely new to Enode or you are moving from Enode Pro and want to get started with the Enode app, download the app from the relevant app store first. The latest version of the app has an orange background. Download the app & create an account 1. Download the ‘Enode’ app from the App Store of your choice. Select your pathway (individual or organisation. Create a new account or use an existing one. Enter your email address. Depending on which route you are taking, there will be a different onboarding process. 2. A One-Time Password will be sent to your email address. You will need to enter this OTP to finalise the account setup. 3. Enter the app again to log in to your account. 4. Ensure that all Bluetooth and location settings are enabled for the Enode app. Single user account creation After selecting to sign up as an individual, the next stages allow you to connect the app to Apple Health and select which equipment you have available and any limitations you have with certain movements. All of these settings can be adjusted later if needed. The equipment and limitations will be more important if you have a subscription to Enode One+ and would like the app to create a workout plan for you. Organisation account creation Enter a name for your organisation and then use one of the signup options. You can sign up with an email address or with Google/Apple social sign-in options. The email address that you use should ideally be an address that can be accessed by multiple people.  Once you have created your account, you can head to portal.enode.ai to start planning your workouts. If you have come from the Enode Pro app, you can migrate your data - check out the migrate your data article for more information.

Migrating data from Enode Pro

Before migrating your data from Enode Pro, you will first need to download the new Enode app from the relevant app store and sign up (you have the option to sign up as an individual user or an organisation at this point). You can use the same email address as your current Enode Pro account or you can use a new email address if you prefer. If you are an organisation, it is recommended to use an email address that is accessible to more than one person. Once you have created your account, including entering the One Time Password sent to your email address, head to portal.enode.ai. Log in to the portal using the email address for your new Enode account, or use the social login options. If you haven’t created an account yet, download the Enode app and create your account first. If you have manually created exercises in the Enode Pro app, you should check the exercise list in the portal to see if your exercise exists. If not, create your exercises first before continuing to the migration process. You can see how to do this here for individuals or here for organisations. Then enter the email address from your Enode Pro account. You will be mailed a one time passcode to your Enode Pro email address for security purposes that you will need to enter into the portal. Step 2 is to configure your migration. You can select to import your saved workouts and when you want the data migrated from. By default, the migration process will move all data from the creation of your Enode Pro account, but you can override this and select a date instead. Step 3 is to select the user name, you may have more options here if you are an organisation. The penultimate step is to select which created exercises you want to transfer and choose where the data should be stored. This is the reason to check that your manually created exercises exist in the new exercise library first. By default, all exercises are selected and given an exercise where the data would be stored. You can deselect exercises if you don’t want to transfer the data. If you would like to change the location where the data will be stored, tap on the pre-chosen exercise, and you will be allowed to change it. Step 5 is the last and requires a one-time password that will be sent to your new account email. That’s it. This process can be completed more than once, but only from the point of your last migration. If you need any help with this process, reach out to us at support@enode.ai
