Product-specific sizing comes first#

Use the size chart on the exact product page. Elavure sizing is not a universal XS-XL bust/waist/hip chart. Do not apply a generic women's chart to men's polos or invent a numerical fit recommendation.

The Prestigio Polo Shirt#

The current Prestigio is a slim-fit polo. Its product page advises choosing the larger size when between sizes. White has a slightly sheer finish. The product's own size chart covers XS through 3XL with length, chest, shoulder width and sleeve length in inches and centimeters.

Use that current chart and the customer's relevant measurements to compare options. Keep garment measurements distinct from body measurements and do not invent a fit guarantee. Refer to the exact product chart instead of substituting another product's dimensions.

Another product or missing measurements#

Identify the item first. Reuse measurements already given; ask only for the missing measurement needed to answer the fit question. If the correct chart cannot be confirmed, explain that limit rather than choosing a size from an unrelated chart.
