Finding Your Tracking Number

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to track your package

  • Estimated delivery date

Haven't received the email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Search your inbox for "Capyera" or "shipped."

  • Still can't find it? Contact us at support@capyera.com, and we'll send it again


How to Track Your Package

Option 1: Use our Track Order page (easiest!)

  1. Go to capyera.com/apps/track-order

  2. Enter your order number

  3. Enter the email or phone number you used at checkout

  4. Click "Track"

Option 2: Click the tracking link in your shipping email

Option 3: Track manually

  1. Go to your account at www.capyera.com/account

  2. Click "Order History"

  3. Find your order and click "Track Package."

  4. You'll be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page

Understanding Tracking Updates

"Label Created" or "Pre-shipment"

  • We've created your shipping label

  • The package hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet

  • Usually updates within 24-48 hours

"In Transit"

  • Your package is on its way!

  • Check the estimated delivery date

"Out for Delivery"

  • The package is on the delivery truck

  • You'll receive it today

"Delivered"

  • The package has been delivered

  • Check your mailbox, front door, or building office
