If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately! You must contact us within 30 days of receipt to qualify for replacement.

Please email help@bumsandroses.com with your order number and photos of what was received and we will assist in resolving this. The damaged or defective item must be returned to Bums & Roses before a replacement or refund will be processed.
