Package Protection

You can protect your package for a small fee with Package Protection at checkout. This protection covers lost, stolen, or damages in transit. It does not cover theft or damages after the tracking shows successfully delivered.

Lost Packages

We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit & you bought Protection, please contact our customer support team at help@bumsandroses.com with your order number and any relevant details.

If you do not have Package Protection and your status shows as Delivered, please contact the carrier for more information.

Damaged Packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instance, please contact our customer support team at help@bumsandroses.com with order details & photos of the damaged package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
