What is a remorse return?

A remorse return is when you'd like to send something back even though there's nothing wrong with it. This might be because you:

  • Changed your mind about the purchase
  • Ordered the wrong product or quantity
  • No longer want or need the item
  • Found it didn't meet your personal preferences

Because the item isn't faulty, you don't need to justify your decision, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

This is different from an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Those are covered at no cost to you and are handled separately, so please contact us and we'll explain the next steps.
