Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel or change your order. We process orders quickly so they reach you on time, which means we cannot guarantee a change will reach the warehouse before your order does.
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to:
- Cancel the order
- Change the shipping address
- Change the product, size, colour or quantity
- Add or remove items
What happens next:
- If we cancel it before it ships, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- If it has already been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. Once it arrives, you can return it under our 90-day guarantee.
