What's Covered

What's NOT Covered

  • Change of mind — Decided you no longer want the product
  • Results not as expected — Supplements affect everyone differently; results vary
  • Opened/used products — Products that have been consumed (partial refunds may apply)

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact us via email or chat within 30 days of delivery
  2. Describe the issue — What's wrong with the product?
  3. Send photos — Pictures of the damaged/defective product and packaging
  4. We'll verify — Our team will review within 24-48 hours
  5. Resolution — Replacement shipment or store credit

Documentation Required

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Photo of the product showing the issue
  • Photo of the packaging
  • Brief description of what's wrong
