When you pre-order a Bandou, you’re securing a product that is not yet available. We display an estimated in-stock date on our website to indicate when the product is expected to be available.
Order Fulfillment
Your entire order, including items that are currently in stock, will be held until we can fulfill the complete order. This ensures that your items are shipped together and will all arrive at the same time.
Shipping Options
If you need the in-stock items sooner, you can request separate shipping for your items. Please contact us at support@mybandou.com to arrange for earlier shipping of the available products.
Estimated Shipping Date
All pre-ordered items will be shipped on the estimated back-in-stock date provided on our website. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your complete order to you as soon as possible.
