How did Tobio's begin?
Every time Mel wanted to start a new hobby, she ran into the same problem: where do I even start? She'd spend hours researching materials, comparing brands and visiting craft stores. By the time she had everything, she'd spent a lot and felt overwhelmed before even picking up a brush. Then came the doubts: what if I'm not good at this?
During the pandemic, with her painting supplies sitting untouched in a closet, an idea started to bloom: what if starting a new hobby could be easy, joyful and accessible for everyone, beginners and pros alike? That's how Tobio's was born.
What's our mission?
To make starting a hobby a joyful, stress-free experience. That's why we design all-in-one creative kits with everything you need in one box, so there's no extra research, no endless shopping and no huge expense.
What do we believe in?

And the name?
Tobio is Mel's cat: playful, curious and full of life. He became our muse and our symbol of exploring without fear.
