Since we ship out all international parcels as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), you will be responsible for any customs, duties, courier fees, and VAT charged by the country you've requested we ship your order to. Orders won't always incur these fees, as it varies from country to country, and sometimes changes every year.
These fees are not included in our shipping fee, though we do offer Zonos as an app now, which will help you calculate what you may owe! This calculation is offered at checkout, and a summary of how this is calculated can be found in your country-specific map circle found at the bottom right of our site.
If an express form of checkout is used (PayPal Express, Shop Pay, G Pay, etc.) you will not be offered estimations due to these being 3rd-party services, though our app at the bottom right can always be checked for reference.
We do fully cover parcels that are lost or damaged while in transit, and will be happy to assist you should any issues arise.
