Track your shipment

  • Find your tracking number in your order or shipping confirmation email.

  • Click the number to view real-time updates on the carrier’s site (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Common statuses:

    • Label created: We printed the label and the carrier is awaiting pickup.

    • In transit: Your package is moving through the network.

    • Out for delivery: It should arrive today.

    • Delivered: See the tips below if you don’t see it yet.

“Delivered,” but not received

Before contacting the carrier, try this:

  • Wait 24 hours. Carriers sometimes scan “Delivered” a little early.

  • Check all entrances, mailbox, parcel locker, and any safe drop spots.

  • Ask household members and neighbors.

  • Look for a notice or photo on the carrier’s tracking page.

Still missing after 24 hours? Contact the carrier with your tracking number so they can investigate and help recover the package.

Running late or stuck in transit

  • Check the carrier page for any exception notes or weather delays.

  • If the tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact the carrier and request a trace on the shipment.

Lost, stolen, or damaged

If your package is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, file a claim with the carrier used for your shipment (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Have these ready:

  • Tracking number

  • Ship-to name and address

  • Description of contents and order value

  • Photos of the box and contents if damaged
