Ensure your return meets the following requirements:

Your return is registered within 14 days.

The sneakers are unworn. This means no creases in the shoes, no dirt, and/or signs of wear.

The box is in good condition, as it was received.

All tags (such as factory tags, extra laces, additional cards, and any other included items) must be attached to the product!

Your return is sent in a shipping box, not in the sneaker box or a bag.

We only accept returns created via our return portal.

ALWAYS ship your products in an additional outer box. Keep your shipping receipt safe! We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
