How can I file a replacement for damaged items?

You can send us an email along with the photos of the items you received. Runners has the sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. At this time, the evaluation process takes 3-5 business days. Once we received a photo of the damaged item, we will assess it and determine if the claim is legitimate or not. If the claim is legitimate, we are happy to replace the entire hat/sunglasses depending on the circumstances. However, as a small business - please be aware there is a $9.95 processing fee which covers handling and fulfilment costs, excluding shipping. Once your item is approved, we will then send you an invoice for the fee. Once we received a photo of the damaged item, we will assess it and determine if the claim is legitimate or not. If the claim is legitimate, we are happy to replace the entire item depending on the circumstances. What Is Not Covered • Defects caused by third-party repairs, modifications or replacement parts. • The warranty will be voided if there has been an attempt to fix - e.g your hat or sunglasses on your own. • Normal wear and tear - which includes scratches and marks on the lenses, deformity or stains in the running hats. • Damage caused by improper storage, misuse, abuse, accident or neglect. • Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship. • Lost or stolen. • If you’re not the original owner of the product. Runners Athletics Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Runners Athletics, we want you to love your pieces - but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as it meets our return requirements. Return Eligibility Requirements To be accepted for return or exchange, your item(s) must: - Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged - Be in the original packaging with all tags attached - Be repackaged neatly into the original packaging (not bunched) - Be free of perfume, deodorant, body odor, or washing powder - Be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair Runners Athletics reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet these requirements. Ineligible items will be disposed of. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. How to Return or Exchange - All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our official Runners Returns Portal: Start a return or exchange here. - Only one RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) can be issued per order - All items from that order must be returned in a single shipment - A valid tracking number is required as proof of return - Returns not booked through our portal will not be eligible for compensation Costs - Original shipping fees are non-refundable - A $3.99 processing fee per item applies (inspection, processing, repackaging, and restocking) - Return shipping costs are calculated by your local carrier. We have no control over carrier costs. - If you are processing an exchange, Runners Athletics will cover the shipping to you.
