Here’s everything you need to know about our production and shipping timelines, so you can plan your project with confidence. Shipping times - Doors, Drawer Fronts, and Panels Since each door, drawer front, and panel is made specifically for you, these pieces require extra time. Typically, these items are crafted and shipped within two to three weeks from the time your order is placed. The customization and quality-checking steps ensure that your furniture pieces are made to the highest standard. - Accessories Accessories, such as handles, knobs, and other hardware, are quicker to ship. These are generally in stock and ready to go, so they ship within two business days of placing your order. This means you'll get these smaller items swiftly, even while your larger custom items are in production. Why door and panel take a bit more time Each piece of furniture or accessory is made-to-order, meaning we begin crafting your items once your order is confirmed. This allows us to create pieces tailored to your preferences, resulting in a truly unique look for your space. While this adds a bit of time to the process, the end result is worth the wait. Staying updated on your order status We’ll keep you informed every step of the way! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive regular email updates about the production and shipping process. Order Modification and Return Policy

We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Below are details on how to edit or return items from your order. Editing Your Order You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request any changes. To do so, please email us at team@norseinteriors.com with your order number and the specific changes you’d like to make. Our team will confirm if the requested adjustments can be accommodated. Custom-Made Products Our doors, drawer fronts, and top and side panels are crafted to order based on your selected design, color, and product specifications. With thousands of possible combinations, these items are custom-made specifically for you and are final sale. Because of this personalized approach, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these custom items. Returns and Exchanges for Legs and Hardware For legs and hardware, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following conditions: - Restocking and Shipping Fee: A $25 fee applies for all returns or exchanges within the U.S., and a $35 fee applies for Canadian orders. - Condition: Returned items must be unused, in resellable condition, and packaged in the original packaging.
