Reporting a Broken or Damaged Item

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or broken item. To expedite the process, send us an email including the following:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos and videos showing the damage

  • Your order number

Once we receive and verify your report, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped out as quickly as possible.

Returning the Damaged Item

There is no need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it. We will provide instructions if a return is necessary.
