Editing Your Order
You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request any changes. To do so, please email us at team@norseinteriors.com with your order number and the specific changes you’d like to make. Our team will confirm if the requested adjustments can be accommodated.
Custom-Made Products
Our doors, drawer fronts, and top and side panels are crafted to order based on your selected design, color, and product specifications. With thousands of possible combinations, these items are custom-made specifically for you and are final sale. Because of this personalized approach, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these custom items.
Returns and Exchanges for Legs and Hardware
For legs and hardware, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following conditions:

Restocking and Shipping Fee: A $25 fee applies for all returns or exchanges within the U.S., and a $35 fee applies for Canadian orders.

Condition: Returned items must be unused, in resellable condition, and packaged in the original packaging.
