  • Ensure all required fields (name, address, email, payment info) are filled in

  • Double-check your shipping address for typos (especially apartment numbers or ZIP codes)

  • For promo or gift card codes: enter them exactly as they appear (no spaces)


💳 Payment Problems

  • Verify your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address match your bank records
