Every Neat order is trackable from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep. Here’s what to expect and how to follow your package along the way.
📧 You’ll Receive a Tracking Link
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This will show your package’s journey from start to finish.
🛰️ Understanding Tracking Updates
Your package will pass through a few stages before it arrives:
-
Shipment Created – Your order has been packed and a label generated.
- You may not see movement for 1–3 business days at this stage. This is normal. Your package is in transit to a hub and won’t show scans until it reaches the next facility.
-
In Transit – Once scanned at the hub, you’ll start seeing updates as your package moves through the network.
-
Local Carrier Handoff – Your package is given to your local delivery carrier (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail). Updates usually become more frequent here.
-
Out for Delivery – Your package is on its way to you.
-
Delivered – Your package has arrived at its final destination.
🚨 About “Delivered” Status
Sometimes tracking may show “Delivered” when your package has been handed to your local courier facility—not necessarily when it’s on your doorstep. In those cases, the final delivery usually follows within 24–48 hours.
🧾 If Your Tracking Says “Delivered” But You Don’t See It
-
Wait 1–2 days—carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly early.
-
Check around your property and with neighbors.
-
Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
-
Still can’t find it? Use our chat widget (bottom-right corner) and we’ll help track it down.
🧭 Tips for Smooth Tracking
-
It’s normal for tracking to pause for 1–3 days after shipment is created—your package is moving, just not yet scanned.
-
Always use the link in your shipping email for the most accurate updates.
-
Once the package is with your local carrier, you can often paste the tracking number into their site for more detail.
TL;DR
-
Tracking starts once you get your shipping email
-
No movement for 1–3 days is normal—your package is in consolidated transit to a hub
-
“Delivered” can sometimes mean delivered to your local carrier, not yet your home
