I didn’t get an order confirmation or tracking email – what now?

📧 First, Check Your Inbox (and Spam/Junk)

Order and shipping emails sometimes get filtered by email providers. Please check your:

  • Spam / Junk folder

  • Promotions tab (if using Gmail)

  • Any filters that might hide messages

Our emails will always come from support@neatapparel.com


🛍️ Order Confirmation Emails

  • Sent right after you place your order

  • Includes your order number and details

If you didn’t receive one within a few minutes of checkout, double-check the email address entered at purchase. A small typo can prevent delivery.


🚚 Shipping Confirmation Emails

  • Sent once your order ships (usually within 1 business day)

  • Includes your tracking number and a link to track your package
