Our UK based customer support team are multi-lingual and are available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, excluding public holidays. Here are the ways you can contact us: Email Send us an email at hello@shopmeraki.co for any queries or concerns. We aim to respond within 48 hours but during peak periods this may be longer. Phone We do not offer a dedicated phone line to customer support due to the small nature of our team with the exception of select trade, wholesale and distribution customers who have direct access to their account manager. Live Chat Use the live chat feature on our website for immediate assistance during working hours. You'll find the chat icon at the bottom right of your screen. We aim to respond to all chats in the moment but busy periods this may be extended to 24-48hours.
