Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please email us at contact@marcozo.com. If the order is not being processed by
our warehouse team or shipped out, we can process the change or cancellation. However, if the order is already in
transit, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and we would recommend following the return process upon
receipt of the package.
Please note: We may not see your order change or cancellation email right away because of the volume of emails we
receive every day so we cannot guarantee we can cancel it before it's shipped out. Responses can take up to 2 business
days.
