How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on where you are. Australia - Australia Post Standard (free): 2 to 3 business days within the same state, 3 to 6 business days between metro areas, up to 10 or more business days to rural areas. - Australia Post Express (+$10): 1 to 2 business days nationwide. All Australian orders ship from NSW. UK and EU - UK: 3 to 5 business days. - EU and other international: typically 7 to 14 business days. United States 5 to 7 business days. Need more help? Where do we ship to?

KURK ships from three regional stores. The country list depends on which store you are ordering from. Australia (kurk.au) Australia, New Zealand, and China. UK and EU (kurk.life) The United Kingdom plus 50+ countries across Europe and beyond, including: Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Finland, and many more. If your country is not at checkout, email us and we will look into adding it. United States (kurk.us) The United States and Canada. We are actively expanding shipping coverage. Are there additional charges, duties, or taxes on my order?

Tax and duty handling differs by region. Australia All prices are tax-inclusive. No additional charges at delivery. UK and EU UK orders are fully tax-inclusive. EU customers should be aware of customs thresholds: - EU orders below €150: no additional charges. Prices are tax-inclusive. - EU orders €150 and above: may attract additional customs charges and import duties on delivery, set by your local customs authority. United States US sales tax is applied at checkout based on your delivery state. There are no additional duties on US-domestic orders. Need more help? I forgot to skip my order this month. Can I still cancel it?

Sorry to hear that. Once an order is processed and prepared for shipment, we cannot cancel it. What we can do: - Skip your next month so you do not get back-to-back deliveries. - Reschedule your future orders. - Adjust your delivery frequency. Tracking says my order was delivered, but I cannot find it.

Frustrating. Try these first: 1. Check with neighbours. Couriers often leave parcels next door. 2. Look for a safe place note on the door, in a porch, behind a bin, or with building reception. 3. Check the tracking page for a photo or signature. 4. Wait 24 hours. Carriers occasionally mark items as delivered before they arrive. Still no parcel? Can I try before I buy?

We do not run free trial samples. Curcumin works best with consistent daily use, and a few drops in a sample sachet will not give you a fair sense of what KURK can do.
