Sorry to hear that. Once an order is processed and prepared for shipment, we cannot cancel it.
What we can do:
- Skip your next month so you do not get back-to-back deliveries.
- Reschedule your future orders.
- Adjust your delivery frequency.
You can do all three from your account, or email us and we will sort it.
