Tracking says my order was delivered, but I cannot find it.

Frustrating. Try these first:

1. Check with neighbours. Couriers often leave parcels next door.
2. Look for a safe place note on the door, in a porch, behind a bin, or with building reception.
3. Check the tracking page for a photo or signature.
4. Wait 24 hours. Carriers occasionally mark items as delivered before they arrive.

Still no parcel? Email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
